SPONSORSHIP:
Sponsorship is available to selected artists resident in Ireland.
A number of AWARD SPONSORSHIPS are also available to selected International Artists.

ACCEPTED MEDIUM:
Works in all medium will be considered. Painting, Drawing, Sculpture, Mixed Media, Photography,
Digital Media, Performance and Installation. Each Artist may exhibit up to three selected Artworks.

EXHIBITION & SHIPPING ADDRESS:
DUBLIN BIENNIAL GALLERY, POINT VILLAGE, EAST WALL, DUBLIN 1, IRELAND. Please note that we cannot guarantee acceptance of Artworks that arrive before/after the Artwork arrival dates  2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th June 2014

INSTALLATION:
The dates of installation are dates are 4th, 5th, 6th, 9th and 10th June.  THE DUBLIN BIENNIAL will assume responsibility for unpacking and hanging the show. All work must be received ready to hang. Pedestals for Sculpture will be provided by the Gallery. All Installations should come with clear instructions for set-up/operation.
Each Artwork must be clearly labeled with Artist name and title of Artwork.

COMMISSION:
The Dublin Biennial charges 0% commission on artwork sold.
Artwork sold should be priced inclusive of VAT.

SHIPPING & PICK-UP:
Artists are wholly responsible for arranging the shipment of work to and from the Gallery. All shipping payments must be made in advance by the Artist and in accordance with the scheduled dates.

ARRIVAL DATES:
Artwork must arrive between 2nd - 6th June 2014

RETURN DATES:
Artwork must be scheduled for pick-up and return shipment between 24th - 26th June 2014


PRINT CATALOGUE & ADVERTISING:
Dublin Biennial will print a full colour catalogue/broachure for the Exhibition.  
Each participating Artist will receive one full page with two images (hi res 300 dpi), Artist bio and statement, Artist name and website address. Artists will also be featured on our website www.dublinbiennial.com
DEADLINE for submitting all data for catalogue inclusion is 31st March 2014.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The Gallery and its staff take every precaution in handling all work accepted for the Exhibition and shall not be held responsible for damage or loss of any Artwork. Artists are encouraged to ensure all works carry sufficient insurance coverage.
All Artwork must be received by the drop off/delivery dates or the Artwork may not be included in the show.
THE DUBLIN BIENNIAL will take 0% commission on all sales.
Payment to an Artist for work sold will be made upon the receipt of purchasing funds from the buyer +10 days processing time.
All shipping will be paid for by the Artist.
Artwork not sold, picked up, or any piece for which the Gallery does not receive return shipping, the Gallery will not be responsible for any misattribution of Artwork in all terms mentioned above.
The Gallery shall have the right to use for its own purpose any image(s) of any Artwork that is photographed on its premises. Artists will retain all rights in terms of ownership of any images of their making in all other respects except those stated herein.
